A series of graphic comparisons have surfaced online for Diablo IV across various platforms including PC and both old and new consoles. Three videos have been released so far. The first showcases gameplay on high-performance platforms such as PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. The other two videos compare Diablo IV on different generations of consoles from the same family. Blizzard games are not typically known for cutting-edge graphics. Instead, their charm has always been based on their visual style. Diablo IV is no exception.
While the version for previous-generation consoles does have noticeably weaker textures and lighting, even on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 the project still looks attractive. It is important to note that on Xbox One and PS4 the game maintains a stable 30 frames per second.
